If you are a breast cancer survivor and are interested in joining BUST'N LOOSE, either as a paddler or as a member of our valued support crew, here are a few things you should know:

Eligibility:

• Must be minimum one year past completion of treatment for breast cancer
  

Membership Fees:

• Active Paddler: $150 per year
• Support Crew: $25 per year with full voting privileges

Expectations:.

• Attend twice weekly 1-hour practices from early May to mid-September
• Attend minimum 75% of scheduled practices
• Attend practices on time and participate in warm-up and cool-down

Be prepared for a hard workout at every practice. This is a team led by a coach whose goal is to find the best in each participant, therefore we accept direction readily and respect the coach's decisions. Our most important goal is to live, love, and laugh after breast cancer. The team is about fun and becoming the best we can possibly be.
